Industrial Revolutions: Felting with Carol Coyne of C. C. Crafts

Join Carol this Saturday and try your hand at needle felting. Make your very own woolly sheep badge to take home. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to a large felted wheel as part of a group project.

Please note that we will be using very sharp needles which are not suitable for children. Children over 13 are welcome to take part with adult supervision.

Industrial Revolutions: Needlecraft with Jackie Howard

Join Jackie as she guides you with a range of hand sewing techniques.

You can contribute to a communal piece inspired by wheels by adding your own stitched, appliqued or button circles.

You’ll also have the opportunity to create your own Suffolk Puff brooch to take home. This traditional 17th-century patchwork technique was revived in the 1930s and 40s as a practical way to turn fabric scraps into something useful. A small piece of fabric is cut into a circle, stitched around the edge, and gently gathered—simple, charming, and effective.

Suitable for all abilities.

Yes! Crafters Bazaar is back for another year. Our 5th. This year we are letting everyone know the date well in advance before you get booked up with other events.

So, the next Crafters Bazaar will be on Sunday 23rd August.

Bookings for stalls will open on Monday 8th June.

Cost for a stall remains the same as last year at £15.

There are over 60 stalls on the refurbished Market Square, so plenty of room for everyone. In June we'll let you know how to book a stall. No need to book if you are coming to buy, just put the date in your calendar.
