The Derbyshire Christmas Fair was a truly wonderful day from start to finish. With more than 700 people attending, the event was filled with a warm, buzzing atmosphere. The marquee was alive with colour and creativity, showcasing an impressive variety of fashion, food, jewellery and unique gifts - a real celebration of local talent and festive spirit.
One of the standout parts of the day was the instant raffle, which proved to be a huge success. With prizes ranging from £20 to £500, it alone raised over £4,000.
In total, the fair raised more than £30,000 for Parkinson’s UK - an incredible achievement. These funds will support vital research into Parkinson’s and provide much-needed help, comfort and hope to those living with the disease, as well as to the families who support them.
A heartfelt thank-you goes to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated or contributed in any way. Their kindness and enthusiasm helped make this year’s Derbyshire Christmas Fair a huge success.
