Musical Fidelity proudly presents the B1 xi, part of the newly launched B series—designed to deliver the signature warm, dynamic sound the brand is celebrated for, now at a more accessible price point.
Inspired by its predecessor from the 1990s, the B1 xi is a pure transistor design with a highly open and dynamic sound signature. In keeping with a purist philosophy, this amplifier omits built-in streaming functionality by design. Instead, resources have been directed toward enhancing core amplifier features and investing in high-quality components that ensure exceptional sonic performance.
Musical Fidelity firmly believes that streaming technology is best handled by dedicated, external units. As streaming formats and protocols evolve rapidly, built-in systems risk obsolescence long before the amplifier’s performance reaches its end of life. The B1 xi has been engineered to provide reliable, high-quality amplification that will remain a valuable part of any hi-fi system for years to come.
