We are a new small business based in the pretty market town of Ashby de la Zouch in Leicestershire, designing and creating hand-made hair accessories. obbles and clips and in a variety of materials and designs, including glitter, leatherette, felt and ribbon. We have a selection of products that are ready made and can be posted out to you within 2 working days of ordering. All other hair bows, are made to order and dispatched to you within 7-10 working days. All items will be securely wrapped and posted using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service, costing £2.50. Refunds on orders will only be offered if your products are damaged on delivery or received faulty. Once an order is placed it cannot be changed due to items being made to order. Bows and hair accessories are not toys. They should never be worn without adult supervision and always removed before sleeping. We advise that they should not be played with due to small parts used which could be a choking hazard.
