We met a fabulous Irish couple at Cheltenham earlier this year. Gerald and Fiona wanted a rocking horse for guests to enjoy when staying at their beautiful Waterville Manor.

They commissioned an Extra Large Oak rocking horse on coach springs with bespoke embroidery on the saddlecloth.

We are sure that this horse will absolutely delight their guests. We hope it brings them many, many years of enjoyment. Keep on rocking!

Back in the workshop with Marc and a pair of our beautiful Shetland Ponies - looking at the differences between these two.

Every one of our rocking horses, including these gorgeous little ponies, is customisable to your exact wishes.

We absolutely love the detachable saddle and tack on here as commissioned by this client so the children can learn how to correctly tack up their own ponies - rock on!

Laura fell in love with 22 year old Acorn II on our stand at RHS Chelsea Flower Show. So much so, she commissioned a version for herself.

And here it is. An Extra Large, Oak rocking horse, mounted on a coach spring for a longer stride.

We’ve added embroidery of an Oak leaf to both sides of the saddlecloth. There is also a secret locking compartment and beautiful brown leather tack with a brown and gold browband to match. Laura requested a special plaque with the engraving:
Our Noble Steed,
Treasured since 2026

We hope you love your horse Laura, keep on rocking!

In the Rocking Horse Hospital today with Marc and this antique FH Ayres horse.

This particular rocking horse belongs to avid collector Nigel.

We stripped the paint to see exactly what we are working with. We will be rebuilding the ears, top of the head and neck before continuing with the restoration work.

Well done Nigel, another fabulous piece for your collection. Keep on rocking!

There are only 90 more sleeps until Christmas.

Imagine your loved ones waking up to a beautiful, bespoke rocking horse under the tree on Christmas morning.

We can even create a rocking replica of their favourite horse; real or fictional.

We’ve made replica rocking horses of a client’s own horse, Black Beauty, famous racehorses, Seabiscuit, Red Rum, Desert Orchid, VALEGRO, UTHOPIA and so many more.

We can create something really special and meaningful that would be treasured for generations.

You can place your order on our website or get in touch to find out more - rock on!
