Off to Manchester Met Uni in September to study international business. We’re very proud and Baby Bear’s very relieved that she won’t be moving out and commuting for her studies! (She was very worried that her sister would be leaving our home!)

Had a lovely morning with the next generation of balloon artists at Brunchello with our summer balloon stack class.
During the class the little ladies were taught how to size, round off, tie, cluster and build a free standing balloon stack and finished off by personalising their own stacks which they took home for their bedrooms (or to gift in Queenie’s case bless her heart)

The girls were absolutely fantastic apprentices so I know who to call when I need help on my next job!

MR & MRS ATHERTON

So yesterday, my lovely school gate comerade and friend Becky Atherton finally tied the knot to Louis!

Of course I had to decorate for her!

Becky was possibly the most chilled bride when it came to her decor so I wanted to make it special!

She had my new pampas wall with textured sailboard, hanging disc and balloons in Kalisan UK Kalisan dusty rose, white sand, white and pink gold. I chose not to spray with shine for a change as i loved the muted tones the slight oxidisation had given to the balloons.

The LOVE lights shone bright and i surprised Beck with a wedding cake to match the decor. Her face and sharp intake of breath when i walked in with it is something that will stay with me as an extremely precious moment!

Thanks for havinh us last night, Baby Bear most certainly had the time of her life!

Enjoybthe honeymoon you two (well, five) you certainky do deserve it!

Join us on Wednesday 5th August at 10:30am for our Kids’ Summer Balloon Workshop, hosted by the amazing Baby Bear Bespoke! (Brunchello wrote that) 💛

Every child will create their very own personalised Summer Balloon Stack to take home … and let’s be honest, who doesn’t love balloons? 🎈🌈

- £20 per child
- £10 deposit to secure your place

It’s the perfect way to keep the little ones entertained this summer holidays while they get creative and leave with something they’ll be proud of.

So I’ve been to balloons school twice this week!
The first being with my wonderful pal Vic at Artyloon - Balloons & Events 🎈 at Balloon World/ NW Greetings with Kalisan UK Kalisan for our evening of k link balloon walls and fun!
Was nice to be able to give our fellow attendees Balloon Training & Insurance goodie bags as a treat from the committee too!
I can’t wait to put these new found skills in to practice and make one of these on my actual own!
