This man Andy Long may also go by the name John Stephenson and his girlfriend/wife Jessica Newsham are selling used cars that have been in accidents, not road worthy.
He is a taxi driver for Blackburn & Darwen under the number 2857.

On the 16th august and paid £4495, she soon realised there was something dodgy about this car and after research found previous pictures of the car when it had been written off which he didn’t disclose, he spoke to my nan and said this was fine he would collect the car, he wasn’t aware it had been in an accident and he would refund her the money. He came and picked the car up and took it and said the money would be in her account by the end of the day, now over 13 weeks later she still has not received the money in full and he keeps blocking our numbers, saying he will transfer it in dribs and drabs by whatever day he may feel like it! The excuses are endless he can’t transfer because he has issues with his bank and also he’s on holiday with his son he never sees so he can’t transfer it.
My nana needs a car to be able to take my grandad who has dementia to appointments and now he has taken her money she is struggling to get another car and take him to his appointments on a regular basis, this man and his girlfriend/wife are vile and damn right evil they even know the circumstances.
I’ve also found out he’s scammed a few people before and has a CCJ he’s been done for theft and by trading standards. He is well known to the Lancashire police.
Reason for this post is he’s had to long now to send the money and o am not sitting back waiting for him to send money that isn’t even his and dictate when we can have it! Photo of him below.
