🇪🇺 **A little update for our EU customers…**

Sadly, effective today, we can no longer accept orders or ship to the EU — on either our website or Etsy. 💔

Why? New EU packaging regulations mean businesses selling into Europe can face local registration, legal representative requirements and ongoing packaging waste fees across individual countries.

We completely support the goal of reducing waste ♻️ (we make everything to order, minimise waste and use recyclable packaging wherever possible!), but unfortunately the cost and administration simply isn’t viable for a small independent business like ours.

Whether we send 5 parcels or 5,000, the baseline costs remain — and we can’t justify that for the small number of EU orders we receive.

We’re especially sad because we’ve loved making pieces for customers travelling to European weddings who wanted to avoid carrying their hat or fascinator on the plane. ✈️

So, for now, EU shipping is switched off.

To every EU customer who has supported us over the years — thank you. ❤️ We hope one day the rules will better support small makers and we can welcome you back.

And if you’re ever in the UK… you know where we are! 🇬🇧
