Good evening, ladies,
I hope this message finds you all well. I want to take a moment to reconnect and apologise for my absence, as well as the lack of updates. It’s been a busy time, and I have received many questions regarding the future of Oliami, the status of our website, and our current trading situation. Honesty and transparency are important to me, so I’d like to address these concerns directly.
Our community blossomed during the pandemic, quickly transforming into a space filled with fun, love, and support. What started as a clothing venture has evolved into something deeper and more meaningful. I am truly grateful for each of you who have followed my journey and supported our mission.
Since the end of lockdown, juggling multiple businesses has posed unexpected challenges. I’ve often felt isolated and overwhelmed, riddled with the guilt of not being able to devote my full attention to every project. As many of you know, I’m an empath, and I took on ventures that were new to me, driven by a desire to support others, retain jobs, and grow our brand, a journey many of you have helped to nurture.
Since 2021, I’ve been deeply invested in this work, and while it may look exciting from the outside, there were moments when I felt like I was spinning out of control. I reached a pivotal point where I had to confront my feelings of uncertainty and decide whether to push forward or refocus my efforts. This has been a time of reflection for me, acknowledging mistakes, shedding negativity, and surrounding myself with those who believe in our vision.
After several sleepless nights and countless ideas scribbled down, I finally experienced a breakthrough. I realised that I have all the essential pieces in place to make Oliami something of a real spectacle and something it was always meant to be. What I need now is the right strategy and focus. It’s time to tune out the distractions and bring to life the network I’ve always envisioned, one built on collaboration and co-creation. This prospect fills me with excitement, and I truly believe that with love and determination, we can make this really exciting.
Now, I’m reaching out to you ladies for a little help. Do you know of any, or are you an emerging fashion, lifestyle, cosmetics, footwear or jewellery brand? Perhaps you own a mill or an artisan business but lack the time or resources to manage your own retail presence. We are looking for unique UK based brands, established within the last five years, that are eager to grow. Would you like the opportunity to showcase your products in a physical store as well as online
