We followed the North Korean Diet Plan
Itâs the usual, you aim to get finished early on a Friday but work drags on and before you know it youâre late home and f**king starving.
You havenât eaten since lunchtime, so a Chinese has never sounded more appealing.
You know you shouldnât but yet your mouth is drooling at the thought of salt and pepper chicken
As you look out of the window every 43 seconds waiting for the delivery driver youâre up for this, youâve gone big
Salt and pepper chicken
Salt and pepper chips
Egg fried rice
Chicken balls
But tomorrow is a new day, back to your usual breakfast and hit the gym to start the day in the right direction.
Until of course your Mrs wants to go shopping and before you know it youâre sitting in McDonalds because the kids were screaming their heads off asking for a happy mealâŠ
Sunday comes around and your parents invite you over for dinner, you canât say no to that right?
And youâre already off plan this weekend so you might as well.
But it doesnât matter - youâve fully gone into f**k it mode by now, so of course youâre having the sticky toffee pudding for dessert when your mum offers.
Sunday evening you look at yourself in the mirror and all you can see is that bloated pot bellyâŠ
Itâs ok though because itâs Monday tomorrow and youâll be back on your diet planâŠ
However, the reality is that youâve just had 3 days off plan, which is almost half of the f**king weekâŠ
So what can you do about it?
Well first of all you can stop trying to follow a diet plan that you copied from a competitive bodybuilderâŠ
I know heâs big and heâs jacked but with your life as it is, you know youâre not going to be eating cold steak and 6 almonds for the rest of time
BecauseâŠ
Thatâs. Whatâs. Causing. This.
It wasnât the chinese, its the North Korean regime like diet plan thatâs the issue
Hereâs Joseph an ex-meal plan client and chinese takeaway addict also
I believe he once ate the same weight in chicken balls as a small cat apparently
Yet, weâre still 46lbs down since ditching Kim Jongs
