T & J Scents was established in 2018 with one mission: to make the best natural candle on the market. Our passion for excellence is what inspired us in the beginning, We pride ourselves in the superior experience of shopping in our Online Candle Store and in the long-term relationships we’ve built with our customers. People come back to T & J Scents because they know they’ll find what they’re looking for on our website - and if they don’t, we’ll help them find it. We have tried and tested many waxes, wicks and scents. After months of trying out different blends of waxes, we came across a brilliant natural wax which we now use in all of our products. The wax gives off a brilliant scent throw and also has a beautiful creamy colour to it. We have tried many wicks which give off a high flame and black smoke, we searched and searched for the perfect wick for our wax and eventually we were successful in finding our 'secret' wick. The wick does not give off black smoke and has a natural burn.We select our scents based on how they mix with our waxes, some scents can make our wax streaky and our wicks burn faster. Scents are carefully selected after weeks of trials on each of them!
Here at T & J Scents, all of our products are made from the best materials available. Our items are not only the highest quality, but they come in a variety of options to ensure you’ll find what you need. We select our scents based on how much scent throw we can get from then, if we believe a scent is not to our high standard, we will discontinue the scent and seek to improve. We take great care with each candle to make sure we have no sink holes or problems within the candle itself. Each and every candle is handmade and is naturally left to set in room temperature for 24 hours, once the candles are made we test small samples of wax we have put to one side to make sure they are suitable for sale. Our candles take up to 3 days to make from scratch, this is where lots of time and patience is needed to make the perfect candles and melts.
