A new Summer Sizzler making a trial debut this weekend - Passionfruit Pate des Fruits with a White Chocolate Ganache.
Come and get yours at Marlow Market on Saturday or Coopers Amersham Old Town market on Sunday!
We'll also be bringing along our new Pates des Fruits selection..... Tastes of summer!

With summer hotting up, we have had to think outside the box! Chocolate work and heatwaves are not a great combo 🌞
So tomorrow, at Tring Farmer's market we are launching our summer-flavoured Pâtes des Fruits. As always, hand made from scratch, using pure fruit purees.
Come along and see what we've got!

Fresh and zingy, our Lemon, Lavender & Honey is made with, surprise surprise...fresh lemon, lavender and local honey!
Made from scratch, the ganache is light and bright with lemon at the forefront, with the gentle rich flavour of honey in perfect harmony, followed by a gentle hint of lavender in the background.

Truly scrumptious, and one of our customers favourites since we started.

To all our lovely regulars at Deddington Farmer's market, we are so sorry we won't be there on Saturday.

If you need supplies do get in touch and once the weather is a little more chocolate-friendly we can post orders out to you
