Come along to our final drop-in session on Friday 2pm - 4pm, at Your Cafe in the Park, Aston Clinton. ☕️Members of the Family Hub team can offer information, advice, and signposting through the Buckinghamshire Family Information Service on all family matters ( 0-19 years 25 with SEND), including childcare, SEND needs, local activities, youth support and parenting. Free craft activity will be available.

Unfortunately, we're having some problems with our water pipes. 💙

For the next few days, the centre will only be open for food parcels and pre-booked 1:1 appointments as we have no flushing toilets.

We'll let you know as soon as we're fully open again. Thanks for bearing with us!

📣The Buckinghamshire Family Hub Network creates a series of one-stop shops where advice, support and services are available for children, young people and families. It supports them through their journeys from birth to 19, or up to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The network is about professionals and community groups working together, to help children, young people and families in Buckinghamshire.

👀 Look out for the Family Hub Network sign to access the support you need, whether in the family hubs, education settings, community spaces or online!
