Looking for a summer crochet project with a summer sale? 💐 I couldn't resist having a go myself and this lovely soft blanket... I chose the yellow flowers as who doesn't love a bright sunny colour! ☀ I was going to bring it into the shop so you can all see how lovely it works up... but when I finished it, I popped it on the back of my sofa and it goes so perfectly for the summer I'm yet to bring it in 🤣 As we only have a limited amount left, we are running a summer sale on them! They were £30 but now £22 while stocks last! 😮 So drop us a message if you want to reserve any. We only have 6 of these blanket bouquets left 2 yellow, 1 pink, 1 red and 2 white🌷🌼 So grab a bouquet, a hook and even a nice drink 😉🍹and crochet up one of these beautiful blankets!

🧶Shop Notice 🧶
Hiya all!
We are taking the train side of the shop to the Chatham Model Railway Show and the Dockyard this weekend (18th & 19Th July). Unfortunately, it does mean the shop will be closed for the weekend. But we will be back open Monday with yarn at the ready!

I have popped the poster below just in case you have anyone you know or you fancy taking a look into the miniature world of railways; it's truly amazing the mini worlds people make!

Hiya all! Our delivery of Wendy Wools Giggles DK has arrived! 🙊We have added 7 new shades to the range we offer! 🧶 These are all bright and bold, perfect for summer makes! 🌈I have made up a crochet granny square and a knitted swatch to help give you an idea of how the colour change works, so hopefully that helps! We also have a range of knitting patterns by Wendy Wools that go with these gorgeous yarns! 🥰

Hiya! We are not even going to mention the weather today! Instead, let's look at all the lovely goodies that arrived in today's delivery! Now we are a fan of cute scissors, so we had to add a few more options to the counter! We've also had a restock in the t-shirt yarn and lots of other knitting and crochet bits and bobs, including needles and hooks. We also restocked on aida, hoops and 10 shades of DMC threads for our cross-stitchers and embroidery-ers (I'm sure that's a word) out there. So that kept me busy today! I also just received an email saying there might be a parcel tomorrow... ooo.. the suspense!

Happy Monday! Well, this weather is truly wanting us to craft away! I have currently got a 'mindless' project on the go, one that requires no thinking, no counting, well, really any attention at all! It's a sit down and switch off kind of project!☺️ I'm using King Cole Pricewise in the shade Parsley, with about 180 stitches and just a simple garter stitch, this blanket will slowly grow over time! 🧶 Now don't be fooled, this isn't the only project on the go... there are about 80 others sitting in bags patiently waiting their turn 🤣

So what's happening in your current project bag at the moment? Are we still trying to carry on with summer makes or are we thinking about makes for the cooler weather? 🧣 We've had some very organised people in the shop the last couple of days picking up their Christmas projects! 🎄 Sorry, there should have been a warning that I was going to mention Christmas!!🤭 Saying that we might be planning for some new ranges to the shop for this Autumn... all will be revealed soon 🤔 Hmm....

I'm back! Thank you all for your lovely well wishes for my wedding, it was a perfect day... very warm, but I can't complain as the weather hasn't been great since! Now back to yarny things! We have restocked on the Sirdar recycle ranges, ready for summer-time knits and crochet!
