Hi

Further to our post on no more school clothes I’m putting a hold on ALL clothes donations at the moment. We’ve had so many in today and unfortunately we are short on volunteers next week so to help the ones that are in I’m putting a hold for 2 weeks until we get the ones already on sorted .

Also please don’t hand in uniforms or clothes which are ripped/damaged or covered in pen. This week we’ve filled 4 black bags of uniform that can not be passed on .

JULY FUNDING

This month we’ve had so many requests for our community funding.
I will notify anyone who has been successful tomorrow any one not selected this month we will keep your application form and put into next months.
Unfortunately we can’t help everyone 😢 but we are trying to make it fair and spread out across different groups.

This is something close to my heart ❤️

For years I’ve really struggled with my weight especially during the wonderful stage of perimenopause. This is why you’ll never see me now in our videos etc and very very rarely on this page .
But core body has completely transformed how I feel and my fitness hasn’t been this good in ages which has left me feeling more confident, more active. I know what it’s like to struggle with weight gain /lack of confidence and the anxiety that comes with it.
I’m really hoping that this give 2 young girls that opportunity to gain their confidence back . But more importantly feel like part of an amazing community of woman who don’t judge, don’t comment on your ability, don’t make you feel ashamed at the start when you have no idea what your doing.
An amazing group of ladies from teenagers to … well let just say the over 50s class is something to see these ladies are amazing!!!!
