They absolutely flew out of the door (well tent 😂) and it was so lovely hearing how much you’re enjoying them.

Today is Stillbirth Remembrance Day. 🤍

I wanted to share a little bit about the why behind Sankah.

Sankah actually existed before Alfie was born. We had started making candles and home fragrance, but when Alfie came along, life got busy and we naturally stepped away from it.

After we lost our beautiful Isabella, we found ourselves drawn back to something we had once loved.

There was something about scent that brought comfort. The familiar smells, the memories they held, the feeling of making our home feel warm and peaceful — even on the days when everything felt anything but.

And slowly, Sankah became part of our story again.

It became something positive to pour our love into, while carrying Isabella with us every single day. It’s also the reason why our scent ‘Bella’ is so special.

She is, and always will be, part of our why. 🤍

For Isabella. Always.

Yesterday was such a lovely day at the Ayr Show! 🤍

It was so lovely to meet so many new faces and lots of returning customers at our stall. We honestly appreciate every single person who stopped by, had a chat, discovered Sankah for the first time or came back to stock up on their favourites. 🥰

Thank you so much for choosing to shop small and supporting our little business — it really does mean the world to us.

We’ve just discovered that small businesses like ours are now limited to 2 link posts per month unless we pay for an additional Meta subscription.

We completely understand that platforms change and there are costs involved in running them — but for a small independent business, things like this can make a real difference.

For us, sharing a link isn’t just a link.
