Post-war planning day at Matthew Butler Books with some new acquisitions. Scarce items, the large Abercrombie Planning Surveys, are now more often than not broken up for their maps and drawings. Mind you, the proposals were a pretty mixed bag. The Oxford planners wanted to put a bypass through Christ Church Meadows, while in Bath the suggestion was that The Royal Crescent should become the Council Offices! POA.
