This year, we marked the occasion on Friday by bringing Team-mates together for a meaningful event focused on women’s confidence, wellbeing, and the importance of creating a culture where every woman feels supported to thrive.

For us, the celebrations and words used are important, but showcasing the day-to-day actions we take to develop and support our female Team-mates is much more powerful. This came to life on Friday, as our brilliant panel of women from across the business openly shared their stories, experiences, and learnings. A meaningful reminder of why championing women at every stage of their personal and professional journeys matters.
