I am doing a little casting demonstration and chat about fishing in Derbyshire this afternoon.
It's a cool cloudy and a blustery day, time to dig out the " casting on a wind swept playing field kit"
The 3wt bamboo is very nice and can be fished in these conditions ( Interest declared) but sometimes we need a bit of old school muscle.

It's for a school, who are having an Aqua Day
I had a couple of terms as a tutor some time ago at the school, which is a Prep school.
I felt less than comfortable with it at first, being a bit of a lefty snowflake.
I did ask myself the question after a few weeks..
" Why can't all schools be as good as this"
