Well, it’s beginning to look a lot like…..
…….I need to pour more moulds! Four styles of Christmas Tree lamps opened today and four more different, BIGGER, tree moulds to be cleaned and prepped ready for pouring soon!!
😮‍💨 think I need a mulled w**e and mince pie!!🤣

Well, we have finally caught up and completed all the summer holiday bits and pieces and are up to date (very nearly), but there is no time to rest. It is now MAKING time again. Getting back into the routine of making our pottery here in the studio for you. On the table today we have, amongst others, mushrooms, pumpkins and Christmas trees - yes, you read correctly, Christmas trees. This year we have a few vintage moulds we are pouring and have some lovely different ceramic tree lamps for you.
They take a long time and a lot of work to make, so I won’t be making lots and lots - watch this space. If you like it, come and paint it before it’s gone! You have been warned🤪

After a loooooong school summer holiday, we are officially exhausted and finally wrapping up the last firings, collections and posts. We would like to say a big thank you to all our painters, new and old. We have had a lot of fun and hope you have too. And, when you get words like these sent, it makes us feel all fuzzy inside and it just shows, it is not just about the painting, it is about the gathering of families together, fun had and memories made to remember. Thanks and see you again soon!❤️

In beautiful North Wales, every view takes your breath away, it is stunning!
ANYWAY, ENOUGH OF THAT RUBBISH……. come and paint pottery at Capel Clay. We are open Bank Holiday Monday and CLOSED Tuesday/Wednesday. Tomorrow is the last chance to paint BEFORE SCHOOL STARTS😬 (this was my Sunday 😉)

On the morning dog walk a strange cone has appeared on the path. What is it for? Why is it there? Can I go past it? Will I ever make it back to the studio??
All these questions and not enough coffee!!
