If you are interested in ordering please send me a private message as I don't get notifications of comments on a picture. I do ask for a 50% deposit on ordering, and the rest is payable the week before your item is due to be made. Postage is charged at £10.00 (Royal Mail Special Delivery). PayPal is our preferred payment but bank transfer can also be arranged. Refunds are not accepted on any dress unless your item is faulty and refunds will be processed upon return of your dress. Items which are believed to be deliberately sabotaged will not be liable for refund. We do not offer refunds for dresses which are too small, we do ask to send in your child's measurements for a perfect fit. All straps are adjustable. Materials do and will change, we do not hold lots of stock and on occasions trains, bows and embellishments will differ. Please note you are purchasing the style of dress not an exact replica of any photos seen on our page. If upon completion you are not happy with your design then this is your time to speak up and ask for any alterations to be made. Diary and delivery dates, where possible Ever After Tutu Co will adhere to time scales you are advised of when placing the order, however you are ordering on the understanding that I am first and foremost a mother and on occasions emergencies mean we may not be able to dispatch your order within the given time. Ever After Tutu Co dresses are occasion wear and are not suitable for rough play eg bouncy castles! And are not machine washable.
