The fig tree has given us so many figs this year…an abundance. It’s love this heat, I think.

The smell of the leaves is so good too… going to collect some up to use in oils 🖤

Just some August stuff… we’re midway through but still time to watch some bats & eat some berries 🖤

A beautiful new batch of the STEAM blend now available…

A little bit about the herbs in this blend. They are collected at just the right time, dried and processed by hand.

Mugwort ~ gathered up, this year under the blue moon, from my own patch that’s taken a few years to cultivate.

Rose ~ petals collected from my Rosa Rugosa bushes. Now I wait for the fat orange red hips that follow.

Calendula ~ again, grown and gathered in my raised beds. Calendula sits in with the dill and carrots and is helpful and gives me many seeds to sow each year.

Hibiscus ~ I buy from another lovely organic, tea flower grower. I love it in this blend though as it adds a beautiful pink hue to the water and is a gorgeous herb to have in the blend.

Raspberry leaf ~ is from the masses of raspberry bushes in my garden. This year I picked what I could while they were fruiting under the strawberry moon.

If you’d like to buy a tube of the steam blend, used for Yoni steams, face steams and bath tea, DM me 🖤

Gathered and grown… wild rose hip, hawthorn berries. Petals from my Rosa Rugosas and hibiscus 🌺 this is the mix that is going into oil today and that will eventually make a pink, rosy hued balm in early June for ‘Into the Garden’ retreat.

January notes…

I asked a few of my friends what they wanted to do more of in January and although they all said different things, the overall theme was rest. The same words were used, calm, nature & rest. So that is what inspired this month’s notes. I’m also going to start the notes as monthly newsletters again (basically the notes but with a little more detail, some recipes, what to plant etc) Look out for the sign up soon… 🖤
