We are now partnering with Glimmer Barn Games to bring singles trading to our regular Magic: The Gathering events. We do not trade in unsealed products ourselves, so a big thank you to Glimmer Barn Games are helping us to fill that niche. A stall will be set up at each of our regular MTG events (Saturdays 13:00 - 17:00 and Mondays 18:30 - 22:00) starting from this weekend!

We're heading to a galaxy far, far away for the next Blood on the Clocktower theme with Star Wars: Crisis of the Clone Wars! Games will be hosted regularly throughout July and August. Due to a private event followed by public holidays Roast & Roll will be closed from 17:00 on Friday the 10th of July, reopening as usual on Thursday the 16th of July. We apologise if this interrupts any session planning.

Regular events that usually happen during this closure window will be on hiatus for that week. This includes Yu-Gi-Oh locals, Saturday afternoon MTG, Friday Night Warhammer, Blood on the Clocktower, and Monday Night Magic drafts. All will return as usual for Thursday the 16th onwards.

We are looking forward to this month's Open Mic Night, taking place this Saturday from 19:00 - 22:00! Chill out with a cold BYOB drink while listening, or even participate yourself in karaoke or live music!

Join us for our Marvel Super Heroes Pre-release on Saturday 20th June from 13:00 to 17:00 and Monday 22nd June from 18:30 to 22:00.
Entry is £40

Participants will receive a pre-release kit, and will be able to purchase packs (up to one full box) from the shop ahead of the set's official release date on the 26th.
Basic Lands will be provided for deck building but we ask that players bring their own if able as we have a limited amount in the cafe.

This year we are delighted to be taking part in Banbridge Buskfest by hosting a live jazz night at Roast & Roll! 🎵

Friday, 19 June 2026 – 7.30pm-8.30pm

Homegrown MOBO nominated jazz musician David Lyttle has brought his projects to almost 50 countries, collaborating with legends and icons along the way. He founded NI’s first nationwide jazz youth programme Jazz Juniors in 2021 and will present some of its brightest talent in this rare local performance. Feel free to stop in and grab a game or a coffee while listening to some excellent live music!
