What You’ll Be Doing
* Repairing phones, tablets and other gadgets
* Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs including screens, batteries and charging ports
* Helping customers with repairs, sales and product choices
* Buying, selling, exchanging and testing second-hand devices
* Processing sales, payments and repair bookings
* Helping with the general day-to-day running of the shop.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, approachable and good with people
* Interested in phones, gadgets and technology
* A good problem-solver who likes getting stuck in.
* Flexible to work between our Banbridge and Newcastle stores
* Experienced in phone/electronics repairs or retail — desirable but not essential
* A full UK driving licence is desirable.
No experience? No problem. We’re happy to train the right person if you have the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn.
