The majority of our interactions with customers are via email, livechat, and telephone, so you'll have to be a good communicator.

Face-to-face interactions with customers don't happen very often - a handful of times per week - but you'll need to be friendly and welcoming when they do.

ePianos/One Man Band is a leading specialist in digital pianos, keyboards and
organs. In an increasingly competitive world of online sales, we strive to
maintain a strong and positive customer service ethic within our business.
We are looking for a hard-working and motivated person to join our delivery
team. You will be required to work both individually and as part of a team
delivering digital pianos and organs to customers houses, and will need to be
physically fit, have good initiative, and good time management.

Location: Banbury
Hours: Part time, 12 - 36 hours a week

Responsibilities and duties include:
Driving the company van to assist with delivering digital pianos, keyboards and
organs nationwide (1-3 days a week, dependent on sales). Most of our delivery
days start between 5-6am, and typically finish around 5-6pm. You would be
required to share the driving with another driver most of the time, although
there may be occasions where you are required to deliver smaller items on your
own. You will need to be comfortable safely loading and unloading delivery
vans.
Essential skills:
Clean driving licence, ideally having driven a long wheelbase van previously
Good customer service skills
Good initiative and time management
£10 an hour

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00 per hour

We are looking for a hard-working and motivated person to join our warehouse team. You will be required to work both individually and as part of a team, and will need to be physically fit, have good initiative, good organisational skills, a desire to learn and must have excellent attention to detail.

Location: Banbury

Hours: Full time, Permanent (35 hours p/w, 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday
(with opportunities to work overtime)

Responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Carrying out the inspection and repair of second hand digital pianos, organs and keyboards
• Cleaning and preparing second hand items to an excellent standard, ready for
sale/dispatch
• Processing Goods In, ensuring delivery notes are checked and processed into stock in a speedy and accurate manner
• Managing stock of spares and parts
• Driving the company van to deliver digital pianos, keyboards and organs
• Safely loading and unloading delivery vans
• Preparing and processing sales to be sent out via courier
• Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse
Essential skills:

Good interpersonal skills

Good organisational skills

Good initiative and time management

Basic computer skills

Desired skills:

Clean driving licence, ideally having driven a long wheelbase van previously
