✨ Important Announcement ✨
With the Solstice rapidly approaching it seems the perfect time for reflection.
It's been a busy few years at Rogue HQ, and I have recently made the decision to take a step back.
✨ What does that mean?
It means I will still be here working, but not taking on any custom orders and with a focus on our sustainable dye kits. I will not be monitoring any social media regularly from now on, or posting (you may have noticed we have been quiet). You can still reach me via my website.
✨ Why?
Life is chaotic. Solo parenting two small humans, studying part time, running a business, and managing my own health and disabilities is full on. I have been on a journey this year of prioritising self care to take control of my health and be the person I want to be for my family.
✨ How have I been doing this?
So many ways!
Reducing my load where possible, with work etc is an element you are seeing here. Reducing my (already limited) screen-time and social media usage. Sleep. Play. Rest. Breathing. Yoga. Meditation. Gratitude. Affirmations. Cold water exposure. Sauna bathing. Bath soaks. Aromatherapy. Physiotherapy. Singing and dancing. Joy. Dry brushing. Self massage. Compartmentalising. Therapy. Reading. Creative arts. Doing things I love.
There's still so much I want to explore and continue doing. I hope you can do something for yourself too.
