I attended one of the Summer Of Colour events in Victoria Square last night. It was great craic. How delighted was I to find that their goodie bag contents where of a similar colour pallet as my brand colour planner stickers! 😁I'm just getting ready to upload these stickers for sale at the launch of my ETSY shop. Have you any tips to share on how to 'check in' with yourself to ensure you're caring for your mental health? I'd love to hear them and they would be so useful to others, (and to me) on those days when we feel overwhelmed with 'stuff' to do. We can all feel tired, anxious and generally out of sorts.
