Hello! It’s been quite a while since my last post, and I’m sorry to have left it so long! I have been a busy bee over the past few months! Hello! I was just thinking today how much I loved going to craft fairs before lockdown - and how much I miss seeing all the wonderful crafters and artisan producers I’ve met at them. One person who makes a lasting impression on everyone she meets is the lovely Betty from A Blissful Blend. She is truly a lovely person, and makes the most beautiful and soothing creams, balms, shower steamers and bath bombs, all made with natural ingredients. Happy Monday! I started the day with a run - finishing Week 8 of the 9 week NHS Choices Couch to 5K training programme. Just three more runs to go to reach the finish line! If someone told me 8 weeks ago I’d be running nearly 5K I wouldn’t have believed it! If you’re thinking about starting running I couldn’t recommend the NHS Choices podcast highly enough! will be with you every step of the way!
