My collection of fused glass Poppies has now all been finished and fired and ready to go to Poppies with Purpose at St John’s Church, Pen*stone.

Im having a little rest from making Christmas decorations and decided to concentrate on a few Autumn pieces.
Found some beautiful iridescent glass in amber, red and greens in my stash and these have worked perfectly for the rich autumn colours.
Few little mushrooms 🍄 owls and pinecones added to make a colourful autumn wreath tea light or little trinket dish.

And not to forget the Spooky ghosts 👻👻👻 for the Halloween lovers. 🎃🎃

Fantasy waterfall

I’m just loving the flowing water effect and pebbles in this glass.
Few different kiln programmes to achieve the desired effects and then fused into a beautiful piece of streaky glass with transparent and opal colour which lets the sun shine through.

I’m calling this one the Rock pool.

Multiple firings to create the effects of waves and sea spray, along with the pebble rocks.
I love the texture and depth to this piece.
Now just need to find that perfect piece of driftwood to set it off. 🌊
