IN STORE RETURNS POLICY :

When purchasing items instore or when reserving an item through social media to be collected in store - If unsuitable you are able to return it within 28 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note. We do not give refunds unless items are faulty. MAIL ORDER RETURN POLICY :

If items are unsuitable, please let us know you will be returning them as soon as possible and return them within 28 days for an exchange, credit note or refund. You are responsible for paying to return the item. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags attached. The following items are non-refundable :

Where you are outside the statutory time period to return your order. If you want to return something, you must tell us within 14 days of receiving the items. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you've told us. Returns received in damaged or worn condition. Intimates including shapewear, bras, undies, tights, socks, final sale items. Ear rings are non returnable

Payments accepted - BACS transfers, cash or credit/debit card. We can also accept payment over the telephone. SHIPPING :

A small parcel is £3.50 second class or £5 recorded delivery

For larger parcels we will always provide you with a price upfront
