Cold nights are coming… Here’s a little tip from Fiona, one of our plant experts, on how to help your plants during the winter and colder days 🥶
“Cold weather can really damage our plants. A hard frost can cause the buds and leaves to turn black and can shorten the time they will flower…
Small plants and cyclamen are generally pretty hardy plants, but when the temperature really drops, they do need a little extra protection to keep them looking happy, healthy and blooming for longer! 🌸🌷
If you know we’re going to have a particularly cold or frosty night, grab some horticultural fleece and lightly cover the plants or wrap the pots. This is especially helpful for bedding plants. 🪴”
