We're looking for 2 enthusiastic Arcade & Café Assistants to join our team at Level Up Community Arcade & 1Up Café in Barrow-in-Furness!

If you're friendly, hardworking and enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

📍 Location: Barrow-in-Furness
⏰ Hours: 8 hours per week per position, with the potential for additional hours during school holidays.
📅 Weekend Availability: ESSENTIAL

🎮 What will the role involve?

Welcoming customers and providing excellent customer service.

Serving drinks, snacks and sweet treats in our café.

Helping customers with arcade machines and general enquiries.

Keeping the arcade and café clean, tidy and welcoming.

Assisting with birthday parties, events and busy sessions.

Working as part of a friendly team to ensure everyone has a great experience.

⭐ What we're looking for:

A friendly, positive and approachable attitude.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking individuals.

Must be available to work weekends – this is an essential requirement of the role.

Flexibility to work additional hours during school holidays and busy periods.

Confidence communicating with customers of all ages.

Someone who can use their initiative and work well as part of a team.

Previous customer service or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
