I’ve got a few gorgeous washed cap blanks already, so before I start experimenting I need your help…

Would you wear yours with the design straight onto the cap, or as a bold black printed patch?

Well… she’s finished! 🌈✨

My first proper all-out tote bag and I LOVE HER 😍

Rainbow HTV, holographic sparkle stars and apparently approximately 2.5 hours of my life 😂🙄

There was definitely a point this afternoon where I thought, “Omg, I’m possibly never making another one of these.” 😂

Hubby, however, has informed me that I’ll get faster. Annoyingly, he’s probably right 😎

But LOOK AT HER! The holographic stars sparkle as they catch the light, the rainbow absolutely pops against the black and the wording still makes me laugh:

Everything is under control. Probably.
I can explain. But I’d rather not.

She’s ridiculous. She’s colourful. She took far longer than anticipated. She is very Craft-a-holic 😂🌈✨

And she’ll be coming to work with me, so we’ll see whether 2.5 hours turns into my latest obsession… or whether this remains the most labour-intensive bag I’ve ever owned 😂

✨🌈 A little peek behind the scenes… 🌈✨

I’ve been VERY busy designing something new for Craft-a-holic… and I’m a tiny bit obsessed 😂

Introducing the beginnings of my ✨ MAKE EVERY DAY MAGICAL ✨ collection.

A little colour. A little chaos. A little magic. Make Every Day Magical 🌈✨

These are just mock-ups for now, playing with ideas, colours, layouts and lots of gorgeous rainbow & metallic goodness before I start turning them into actual makes ❤️

Think magic, colour, stars, a little bit of sass and a healthy dose of miscellaneous chaos… basically, very Craft-a-holic 😂

But before I start making them for real, I want to know what YOU think!

🌈 What should join the Unstoppable Collection next?

Next year I really want to dive into making more statement jewellery and expanding my Unstoppable Collection because it’s still my most popular collection ❤️🌈

My personal favourite will always be the necklaces… although apparently YOUR favourite is the NFC keyrings 😂 meanwhile, my hubby won’t allow keyrings on our actual keys 🙄😂 so clearly I’m outvoted here!

So I want to know…

What would YOU love to see next in the Unstoppable Collection?

And I’ve done something exciting today too… 👀

I’ve reached out to one of my absolute favourite UK clothing brands because I’d LOVE to create some statement necklaces inspired by/coordinating with the gorgeous patterns I already wear.

There’s no collaboration or affiliation it would just be little old me making jewellery that looks fabulous with clothes I genuinely love ❤️ but it was important to me to check they were happy with the idea before I start shouting about it!

🎂 Birthday fund = VERY well spent! 🌈😂

I’ve really missed my little PrintMaker since it stopped being quite so useful for what I needed, so I decided to put my birthday money towards an upgrade… and say hello to my new COLOP e-mark! 😍

I absolutely loved using my mini printer for adding those little extra touches to orders, jazzing up ribbon, packaging, tags, bags and all those tiny details that make something feel that bit more special ❤️

So I’m VERY excited to be able to start doing all of that again… with even more possibilities this time! 🙌🌈

Little printer. BIG possibilities.
You just know I’m going to be printing on everything now 😂

Another little addition ready for when I properly dive back into building Craft-a-holic next year 🥰

Anyone who knows Aurora the Alchemist — AKA my badass sister 😂 knows she is ALL about gold on black 🖤✨

So obviously her Alchemy Academy tote had to deliver!

This was my first ever full fabric-foil tote and I can honestly say I was blown away by how it turned out. That proper metallic gold shine against the black is just 😍✨

Now, I won’t lie… this particular effect costs £££ compared with standard HTV 😂 It’s definitely a more premium finish but, if you want that extra bit of luxe and shine, I can absolutely make it happen!

And if £££ foil isn’t your thing, there are other ways to bring the WOW too 🌈 Her matching Alchemy Academy T-shirt was made with rainbow HTV and just LOOK at it on black! 🖤🌈

Two completely different finishes and I genuinely love them both.

All this experimenting is making me ridiculously excited for next July when I can properly dive into building Craft-a-holic up. I can already see personalised totes, T-shirts and branded/event wear being high on my list of new things to offer. 👀

Think birthdays, hen parties, girls’ weekends, small business/event wear, matching tees & totes… or just because you fancy wearing something nobody else has. ❤️

And naturally, after one successful foil test I’ve already leapt online and ordered MORE foils to play with. 😂🙈

Finally able to share this one now it’s been gifted! 🖤

A little “Believe in Yourself” tote, and also my first proper test with fabric gold foil ✨ I absolutely LOVE how the shiny gold looks against the black l, especially mixed with that rainbow HTV 😍🌈

There’s always a bit of experimenting involved when I try something new (and usually a few choice words 😂), but I’m really pleased with how this came together.

Another new technique officially tested ✔️
And I already have approximately 947 ideas for what I could foil next… obviously 😂✨

📸✨ Now it’s been gifted, I can finally share this one!

I absolutely loved the idea of making a little Polaroid-style photo keepsake… apparently I also completely underestimated how fiddly it was going to be 😂

Cut, sublimated, layered, assembled, questioned my life choices a couple of times… but we got there! 😎🌈

I LOVE how it turned out, especially that little rainbow camera and heart detail. ❤️

Definitely one of those makes where I’m very glad I tried it… but it may also be a one-off special 😂

Handmade = occasionally making something look far easier than it actually was! 🤣

48 today and ready for my birthday lunch date! 🥳
Pumpkins, bats, stripy tights, rainbow-shiny boots and bright red hair… subtle was never really my thing 😂🌈

Feeling very me, very happy, and very grateful to be celebrating another trip around the sun ❤️

48 TODAY! 🥳

And apparently that “I have absolutely no idea what’s going on here” expression has been part of my personality since childhood. 😂

Looking through these old photos made me smile. That little confused face had no idea what was ahead of her, the adventures, the chaos, the hard bits, the brilliant bits, the people I’d love, the things I’d achieve, or just how many times I’d have to pick myself up and keep going.

But here we are… 48 years later and I bloody made it! ❤️

Am I any less confused about life?
Absolutely not. 😂
Have I got everything figured out?
Not even slightly. 🤣

But I’m still here. Still laughing. Still learning. Still creating. Still dreaming up ridiculous ideas. Still finding colour and joy wherever I can.

And I think younger me would be pretty chuffed with that. 🌈❤️

So today I’m celebrating 48 years of winging it remarkably well. 🥂🎂

Happy birthday to me! 🥳
Here’s to whatever the hell happens next… 😂❤️
