Just a quick post to say thank you so much for all the very many posts , wishing us both well on our retirement from the market. You weren't only our customers, you were our friends, and it was our great privilege to serve you all these years. We will miss everyone so much , especially Jimmy and his beautiful cakes, but no doubt we will bump into each other whilst shopping around town. Thank you all for the beautiful cards and presents we received, and a big thank you to Jacqui and her team, Tony, Susie and Mandy, who keep our market running., you are the best! We hope with all our hearts that when the work is completed the market will once again be a thriving place to shop. The traders that are still operating deserve your patronage, they work so hard and really are a great bunch ofpeople!
If in the next life there is a market, we will have our names down for a stall, no worries, and we will be ready to meet you all when the shutters go up. (Once a market trader always a market trader🤣)

LECKS HARDWORKING TEAM, OUR WONDERFUL ELECTRICIAN, ALAN HAGAN, (ALWAYS DEPENDABLE,) MARKET STAFF, TUK, FOR BEING SO KIND , ANDREA ON DISCOUNT FOOTWEAR, SAM FROM SAMS LINGERIE, PAULINE FROM GOODNESS GRACIOUS GIFTS, KEVIN FROM THE HANDBAG STALL, AND ALL THE OTHERS, INCLUDING CUSTOMERS WHO OFFERED HELP.

🇺🇦🇺🇦 Today we received donations totalling £54.26.For the Ukrainian Appeal. This makes the total raised so far £1637.75p. Only a handful of ribbons left so Monday lunch time should see our work finished. We will post a copy of the final receipt as soon as we get it from the bank. Thank you all so much.🇺🇦🇺🇦
