Hey 👋 I'm Reset with Ruth a local mum of two and the owner of Reset Wellbeing ™️ 12 Park Crescent! 🌙

A bespoke sanctuary of self care, dedicated to helping others create lasting change to their health and wellbeing.

In the daytime, I meet with 1:1 clients who are navigating grief, anxiety and overwhelm and are looking for alternative therapeutic approaches to process their experiences, with a nervous system health foundation. Using the Gabor Mate Compassionate Inquiry Method, Functional and Therapeutic Breathwork, Professional Contrast Therapy, EFT Tapping and Holistic Art and Creative Therapy.

I also work with organisations to help them reach their wellbeing objectives, through away days, team building and staff training.

Dotted through the month I run Signature Group Resets: Therapeutic Breathwork, Somatic Sound Bath Reset, Eucalyptus Contrast and Sound Therapy within our brand new Zen Meditation Garden and The Full Moon Siren Circle gathering.

Dotted through the year, I run half/full/overnight therapeutic retreats that blend proven techniques for supporting positive shifts forward.

I've won awards for my work and have consistent 5* reviews. It's my passion and purpose!
