Good afternoon all!
For this week’s throwback, we are going back again to Bulphan Village Hall.
Only this time, it is the fabulous testimonial that we received from the Secretary, Janet, on behalf of the trustees.
Well done Team Lee Chapel Floors!
After many years of using Lee Chapel Floors' services to maintain our village hall floor (beech hardwood), after a competitive tendering process, we chose LCF to install our new floor, like-for-like.
Now that the floor is finished, the trustees have no regrets at all about that decision. Martin and his team were professional and friendly and did a splendid job. They took time to explain every step, and competently and promptly sorted the issues that arise with any fairly major refurbishment. They made helpful suggestions, one of which was to place a time capsule under that floor, for hall trustees to find in 35 - 40 years time!
Emails and phone calls were answered promptly and efficiently, from requesting an estimate to completion of the project.
Lee Chapel Floors' exceptional service, expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction earned our continuing trust and we will use them to maintain our nice new floor. We would highly recommend them.
