- Unfortunately, expressing interest in an item (for example: is this still available) does not guarantee reservation on it. Due to a high number of time wasters, the only way to guarantee an item is reserved to you is by arranging its collection/delivery.
- Returns are guaranteed on ALL faulty items for 7 days after purchase. Whilst I try my best to ensure the quality of the items I sell are to a good standard, it is impossible for even a shop to guarantee this 100% of the time, let alone myself! Please be patient and reasonable in this as I will always do my best to make sure buyers are happy.
