Celebrate your special someone this Father’s Day at Festival Place. It’s not just a great place to buy gifts, we’re out to make him feel toe-tally awesome! Why not head to Festival Place on Saturday 20th June between 11am and 4pm*, where you can lift the latch and treat your dad, stepdad, husband, grandad, or other father figure to a fun pair of socks!

To take part, simply spend £10 in-centre on 20th June and show your receipt to our staff at the promo unit to claim your socks*.

Don’t forget to capture the moment, snap a selfie and share it with us, tagging

Festival Place now has electric vehicle charging points available for visitors on Level 5 of the car park🚗

As part of the first phase of the installation, we have introduced 3 x 22kW dual AC chargers, offering 6 charging sockets in total. These AC fast chargers are designed to support visitors who are spending a few hours at the centre, with a typical charging time of around 2 to 6 hours.

This means you can conveniently top up your vehicle while making the most of your visit, whether you are shopping, meeting friends for coffee, enjoying a meal, visiting the cinema, or exploring everything Festival Place has to offer.

The chargers are connected through the Roam network, making them simple to use for EV drivers. Live availability and pricing can be viewed through leading EV apps including Zapmap and Electroverse, helping you plan your visit with ease.

Payment is straightforward, with access available via app or contactless payment.

The new EV chargers form part of Festival Place’s ongoing commitment to improving the visitor experience and supporting more sustainable travel choices. This is the first phase of our EV charging rollout, with further details to follow when phase two begins.
