This marks Pardoe and Co hammers number 20 and 21.

4140 steel with ash handles. If looked after these will last you a long old time.

Mr Pardoe with his Pardoe and Co ball peen.

It was my Dad's birthday and I gave him number 12, the first ball peen I've made. Dad worked briefly at Pardoe and Co in Birmingham in the 80s before it closed and has been my ardent supporter.

Exciting things coming. Many hammers to make.

Here he is at my workshop holding a Pardoe and Co sledge forged in the 1940s. Pardoe and Co was founded in the early 1900s by his Great Grandfather, my Great Great Grandfather, David Pardoe.

10 inch Scimitar.

My first outing in stainless steel. This one I made for .

Hand forged from Sandvik 14C28V stainless steel. The handle is stabilised burr elm with brass pins and red liners.
