Salt-baked pineapple with mango, passionfruit, coconut and Island Slice rum, made just down the road in Dumbarton.

We love working with producers who care deeply about what they make, and Island Slice is a brilliant example of that. That same passion runs through our kitchen – taking great ingredients, treating them with care and, above all, making something that tastes absolutely delicious.

Sweet, caramelised pineapple, bright tropical fruit, rich coconut and that lovely hit of rum. Perfection. 👌🏻
