I started making my chocolate fudge from a recipe which was given to me about 10 years ago. As a family business we decided to name it 'Fool's Watering Fudge' after the name of our cottage which was so-called after the land which it was built on over 300 years ago. I first made Cranberry & white chocolate and gave it to friends to try, they loved it ! The fudge has a deliciously smooth chocolatey taste, enhanced by different natural flavourings, such as Bailey's. This has become very popular. My friends said why don't you sell it commercially so last October I decided to give it a try. We now supply a local farm shop, holiday lodges and local butcher's/village store and have had stalls at local craft fairs. I have now got 10 different flavours, some with white chocolate, dark chocolate or milk chocolate. I have made wedding and party favours for friends which were very successful and I will be happy to discuss and quote for any special requirements.
