What are you working on???

Obviously for me it’s socks and more than one pair! I’ve got a lot of new samples I am working on over the next month or two and a new Halloween (sneak peek) and Christmas design to release too 😊

Country Home Socks - nighttime colours in yarn from one of my favourites Shannon Long ❤️

New Halloween design- more info to come but it’s a new collaboration with Charley from Charley D | Indie Yarn Dyer this year, Yay! 🧶

Retro Bloom Socks - new sample using very pretty multi coloured yarn that I can’t put down (usually I’m all about the tonals and semi solids) from Hayley/Duckydarlings Hand dyed yarns. who will have kits available at their next show Southern Wool Show🐑

I feel very lucky to be able to work and collaborate with these (and other) talented indie yarn dyers.

Wonderful weekend summerwoolfestival in Ampthill, Bedfordshire.

Thank you to Nick and his team for a seamless event. Thank you to every single visitor who stopped by my stand to have a look, have a chat and those of you who made a purchase. So much love for my patterns and sewn products, my cup is full!

Loved seeing new sock knitters and returning customers back for more. Thank you for a brilliant weekend.
Next show will be Newark knitting and wool show early September, are you coming?

Summer Wool Festival - Ampthill
Ready for day 2

Wonderful day yesterday, lots of returning customers which was lovely to have a catch up with. Met and made new friends too. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to take a look, have a chat and who made a purchase ❤️

Summer Stroll Socks
My latest design can be found is issue 271 of Knitting Magazine

I absolutely love these socks and will be making them again, they flew off my needles. Yarn used is from one of my favourite indie hand dyers Shannon from Shannon Long go check her out if you don’t now her already.

My sock draw is full but there is always room for more!

I’ve got another Halloween and Christmas/winter design to come plus a few to release that have been published in magazines but what next???

Are there any motifs you would love to see on a sock?
Maybe it’s time to include cables, lace and textured socks to my design library ( I have several ideas in my head ready to go!). I’ve collaborated with 5 yarn dyers this year and would love to do more, do you have a favourite indie dyer?Let me know what you want to see!

Hello friends,
Life has been very busy both personally and with work, I’ve been a bit quiet on here. Lots of new and exciting things going on which I can’t wait to share soon!

The Etsy shop is looking pretty with lots of stunning project bags, storage pouches and these cotton canvas sturdy, practical yet beautiful fabric crochet hook or 6” DPNs cases which roll up and are secured with a twill cotton ribbon. A must have for being organised.

Just a few of my sock designs!
As a small designer trying to get my ideas and work out there it’s hard to get ‘seen’ but when I do and sock knitters buy a pattern, like or comment it makes my day. Its so lovely to see your knitted socks and versions from my patterns ❤️
