Some Reviews of 'Life is Just…'
"I enjoyed this beautiful writing. I felt as though I was there. The author has spun a fascinating tale of a young man searching for truth. The author's understanding of the philosophical and spiritual issues that arise in the story and his clear exposition of the hypocrisy and limitations of our current materialistic-scientific belief system will be appreciated by readers."
Bob Fields. Biologist.
"I liked this book. The characterisation is excellent. The story is totally engaging and it flows well. I was completely engrossed by this most believable of tales."
Lois Kleffman. Teacher.
"I loved 'Life is Just'… The author has exceptional abilities. The style is mature yet has a freshness about it. The narrative instantly engaged me and I read the novel in two sittings. It has drama, mystery and a very sophisticated plot."
Sarah Jennings. Publisher of Young Adult books.
The author of 'Life is Just…' did not make things easy for himself by including so many complex characters, each one requiring a different voice. I was surprised and impressed that this element did not present the author with any problems. Structurally the book is very sound and has been carefully constructed with the focus moving from one element to another fluently.
Felix MacReddy. Oncologist and Homoepath.
"'Life is Just…' is a compelling read. It's about dogma and spirituality; art and science; past and present; England and India; town and gown; rich and poor; gay and straight. This novel has all the benefits and features of the traditional family saga where the sins of the father rise up with avengence in subsequent generations. This book had a profound effect on me."
Sarah Chatwin. Biographer.

EventisPress have just published my novel 'Life is Just…' This novel is set in Cambridge in 1962 at the dawn of the decade of the cultural revolution. 'Life is Just…' is the story of a 'perfect' family's fall from grace and its redemption. What the Wheatcrofts don't have isn't worth having… And they have everything to lose. There are mysterious phone calls at intervals where no one is on the line and the only sound is Bach’s Toccata and Fugue. The meaning of and truth behind these calls is devastating, but the reader won’t find out until the end of the story.
The novel is now available in paperback and as an e-book on Amazon. If you buy it, read it and like it please write a review on Amazon.

Following the worldwide success of Gordon Films’ documentary The Colours of Infinity on TV and DVD, we are making a new 3D feature film version using existing footage of Arthur C Clarke, Benoît Mandelbrot and Stephen Hawking, new HD 3D fractal computer animations of the Mandelbrot Set, new HD 3D footage of natural fractals and a new interview with Sir David Attenborough. There will also be a 2D version.
Produced in the style of Godfrey Reggio’s 1983 cult hit Koyaanisqatsi, the Beyond the Colours of Infinity 3D feature will have a powerful soundtrack including original music composed and recorded by Pink Floyd’s David Gilmour and minimal talking-heads.
The film will be made primarily for Imax with cinema, broadcast television, DVD and Blu-ray release following soon after. There are now hundreds of Imax screens around the world all looking for appropriate content that makes the best possible use of the technology. And 3D Beyond the Colours of Infinity will do just that!
We anticipate that the film will gross something in the region of £17 million in the first year following its release with a return to the producers of £3.5 million, given that there are now over 900 Imax screens in the world, 150,000 3D cinema screens and in the UK alone 250,000 households with 3D TVs.

We are seeking investment.
