🚨 The Red Light Reset is coming to the Lisburn Road 🚨

Fiona | Pilates Instructor is bringing Northern Ireland’s only Red Light Pilates experience to House of Motion | Dance • Wellness • Events | Belfast on Wednesday 23rd September at 7.15pm.

Expect mindful movement and deep, lengthening stretches, with a focus on control, alignment and breath to help your body move better and feel more balanced.

The class is layered with lab-grade red (660nm) and near-infrared (850nm) light therapy, designed to support recovery, circulation and overall wellbeing as you move. Each mat has its own control, allowing you to adjust the intensity throughout the class.

Have your say on Cranmore Park 🌿

Belfast City Council is currently consulting on proposals for a new Sustainable Drainage System (SuDS) in Drumglass Park, including a proposed pond.

The scheme is intended to help address local surface-water and flooding issues, but the proposed site of the pond will affect an area of the park that is well used by local residents and families.

If you live, work or spend time around the Lisburn Road, take a look at the proposals and have your say before the consultation closes on 18 September.
