Hi everyone i havnt been well for a few weeks now and just wanted to know if anyone else has had this bad flu going about and how or what way they recovered from it as this morning I brought up a blood clot and some blood while clearing my chest and thought.
Im not that concerned as I never take tablet's and have been probably taking 2 many to shift whatever this is and tore the lining in my stomach or something.
But any advice about what to do to shift this would be greatly appreciated Thankyou in advance.
I don't go 2 doctors or hospitals unless there's no other option.

Hi everyone ive had a few messages about orders but im going to be honest I havnt been very well the last 2 weeks 1 minute im ok the next im dreadful and have no energy and very run down with what I can only describe as a bad flu.
Ive got an antibiotic from the doctors today and ive had baths with detol and even vicks in it aswell taken everything i can think of to shift it with no luck up to now but ive double dosed on the antibiotics so hoping to feel alot better by 2moro and get stuck into orders.
If you have placed an order it will be completed ASAP but if you needed it sooner im really sorry you havnt got it yet and if you no longer need it please message me and let me know so I dont go ahead and make it thanks.
All I ask is you bare with me till I get over this flu as I cant consontrate properly at the minute to give your orders the attention and time needed to complete them properly
I hope you all understand thankyou in advance.

Hi everyone sorry if you have messaged me and I havnt got back to you as im busy trying to.put alot of things in place to get my page back up and running again.Ive had alot of personal stuff to deal with and alot of other things that I need to get organised so im prepared and ready to accommodate you all in the best way possible.Next week i will be ready to get everything back up and running so just bare with me a while longer please.

Now that Christmas is all done and dusted for everyone I hae a request from everyone who ordered frames for Christmas.
I never had a chance to take any photos of any frames I made so if possible and if it's not to much hassle could you post a photo of your frame in the comments of this post so everyone else who would be considering ordering can see how they look..
