‼️‼️‼️URGENT MESSAGE REGARDING CHRISTMAS ORDERS‼️‼️‼️
Can anyone who has booked balloons for Christmas please check their messages from us asap!
We are absolutely gutted - we had placed a large order of supplies for all our lovely balloons we had booked for Christmas. Earlier today we received an email that this order won't arrive before Christmas! We have checked other suppliers and they either don't have the items we need or can't guarantee delivery prior to Christmas.
We are so very sorry! But we want to give people as much time to try and rearrange their balloons rather than take a risk on supplies coming and then them not arrive.
All deposits will be refunded and anyone effected will receive discount on their next order. Once again we are so sorry💔
