This wee Caddy has had a proper transformation 😎☘️

Everything stripped out, old carpet lifted, tired/water-marked ply removed and the back taken right down.

The customer wanted a hi-vis yellow Raptor floor. We couldn’t get an exact colour match, so we went with the closest yellow available…

Safe to say, it’s still fairly hard to miss 😂🟡

The walls were finished in Raptor grey, giving the whole load area a much cleaner, tougher finish before the existing pure-water system went back in.

Tank secured, pump/controller and battery tidied away and the electric reel remounted on top. 👌

Not every job needs a brand-new system. Sometimes what’s already there just needs stripped back, cleaned up and properly refitted.

From “don’t lift the carpet” to a completely different van 😂

“It’ll do another few weeks” 😂

This is the very first brush Emerald sold back in October 2024 ☘️ Two years later, it’s back with bristles pointing in four different postcodes and the stock nearly worn away 🙈

Lads, it’s allowed to retire. It’s paid for itself, your van and probably half the mortgage 🤣

A wee piece of Emerald history — fair play, they definitely got their money’s worth! 😂

If yours looks like the top one, call into Emerald. We’ll sort you a new brush and give the old one a proper send-off ☘️😂

O’Hara Window Cleaning called up from Dublin early this morning after the electric PowerUP stopped working.

We traced the fault to a failed relay, replaced it and installed a new push-button switch — all powered up and working again ✅

And as ever, nobody leaves Emerald empty-handed 😅 New Ettore brass channels and quick-release handles were picked up, along with a Moerman Liquidator amongst other goodies

Back down the road and ready to keep Dublin’s windows clear 💦🪟

Customer: “My hose is leaking everywhere!” 💦

The connector in question: looks like it’s been dragged from Belfast to Dublin behind the van 😂😂

Safe to say this Series 21 has completed its final shift. A fresh connector and she’ll be back to work!

This is exactly why we make our Emerald Connector Guards — because some fittings live a harder life than others! 🫣🟢

Rotary changed early this morning for a customer getting out to do the windows.
It had seized up and the hose was spinning as it was reeling in, sometimes it only needs a seal
Kit if leaking but in this case the casing wouldn’t come off this as think the white spacer is jammed 🫣. Onwards and upwards on a Monday morning

Looks like the Pink Panther is back from his holidays and wants his van back 😅💗

This one came in for a proper revamp.

500L 2-operator DI system, stripped back, cleaned up and rebuilt, with the load area finished in a very bold pink Raptor coating.

Existing system revamped and refitted with stacked electric reels, fresh hose setup, DI filtration and rear-door storage.

Definitely not the most subtle build we’ve done 😂
But against all the black gear, it actually works really well.
