Starting with a lovely get together for our Irish cheesemakers AGM farm visit to Durrus

Got to catch up with lots of lovely customers we buy cheese from and sell cheese too. We dont get out much and its long way to Tipperary and even longer to west Cork

Got the privilege of attending Academy of Cheese Affineur of the year today

Was amazing to see so many cheesemongers makers and fans in the one place

We stuck some White Lake Cheese in a clay pot with the help from jemma millen ceramics

Was crazy to see the cheese come out the other end. This mental, mouldy inedible looking thing was actually so soft delicate and creamy.

Keep it mouldy is our motto so was great to hear from Josh Windsor why we were on the right lines and specifically why this can work!
