Thanks for everyone who turned up to support the Cavehill Fair today. It was an absolutely amazing and fun day. The sun shone on our great area and the sense of community shone from it too.

Remember this Sunday between 12 and 4pm we have our fab Spring Market.
There will be stalls and music, with lots to enjoy for all the family.
According to Barra Best the weather is going to be beautiful and he's a North Belfast boy so he knows what he's talking about 😎😎😎

We’ve been wanting to do this for a long time—to help people breathe better and wake up their bodies.

After a successful event last week we will continue just a slight change in location.This will be a warm and supportive space for restoration, conscious breathing, and inner harmony — without rush, in calmness and presence.
