Too much to list but the lot includes, flamed maple, birdseye maple, London plane, figured ovangkol, English alder, English ash, Honduran and Brazilian mahogany, American black walnut, English sycamore... Remember this guy? He's Niall McCabe and he visited the workshop a while back prior to a gig at Cafe9. Niall enjoyed playing this model M so much I decided to offer to loan it to him as a back up guitar for his upcoming tour supporting Foy Vance. Niall gratefully accepted my offer, so, a few days ago I took a few ferries and drove across Ireland to visit Niall at his home on Clare island. WOW, what a beautiful place inhabited by some truly wonderful people. I was only there for a couple of days but was made to feel so welcome, I even made friends with a local dog who kept me company on the beech. Id also like to give Donal Moran a mention. Another very talented musician from the island who also builds instruments! (see him having a play in the pictures) Clare island and its people has left a deep impression on me, a place I will be visiting again. SO, check out on his up coming tour and all the other music playing places, well worth a listen! Thank you Niall x

The latest commission to leave the rh guitars workshop. Made from reclaimed mahogany for the back, sides and neck. 500 year old cedar for the top, wenge for the binding, headstock face and rosette and ebony for the fingerboard and bridge. Fitted with a LR Baggs hifi duet pickup and Newtone Strings. Any thoughts on the minimal aesthetic on this one?
